Partner Program Terms

Kindled is operated by Yalla, DevRel LLC ("Kindled," "we," "us"). These terms apply to anyone who joins the Kindled partner program ("you"), either as a Referral Partner, who shares a tracked link, or as a Sales Partner, who registers Guided or On-Site deals. By joining, you agree to these terms and to our Terms of Service.

You earn 20% of the first payment made by each new customer who buys Self-Serve access through your link. A purchase of several seats is one payment, so you earn 20% of the whole purchase.

Renewals and seats added later do not earn commission. The program pays on new business only.

Your link sets a cookie that lasts 60 days. If a visitor buys within that time on the same browser, the sale is credited to you. If a visitor clicked more than one partner's link, the partner whose link was clicked first is credited.

Sales we can't attribute to your link, for example because the buyer blocks cookies or tracking scripts, can't be credited. If you introduce someone directly, tell us before they buy and we will do our best to credit you.

For Guided (from $4,000) and On-Site (from $9,500 plus travel) programs, you earn 15% of the contract value we actually collect, excluding travel and expenses, taxes and refunds.

Register each lead on the partner page before your first introduction. A registration holds the organization for 90 days. If two partners register the same organization, the earlier registration is credited. A registration made after an earlier one has lapsed starts a new 90 days.

Referral Partner commissions are held for 30 days after the customer pays, to allow for refunds. Commissions that have cleared are paid monthly by PayPal once your balance reaches $50. Smaller balances carry over to the next month.

Sales Partner referral fees are paid within 30 days after each client payment clears, with no minimum.

If a customer is refunded or disputes a payment, the related commission or fee is reversed, or deducted from a later payout if it was already paid. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn, and we may ask for tax forms before paying you.

Promote Kindled honestly and in your own words. You may not:

• send unsolicited bulk email or messages, or break anti-spam laws;
• bid on "Kindled" or similar terms in paid search, or run ads that look like ours;
• make claims about Kindled, its prices or results that aren't true or that we haven't published;
• offer cash back, rebates or discounts we haven't approved;
• refer yourself, your own organization, or accounts you control.

Commissions earned by breaking these rules are not payable.

You are an independent partner, not our employee, agent or representative. You can't sign contracts or make commitments on our behalf. We set prices and terms for customers and may accept or decline any customer.

We may change these terms or the commission rates with 30 days' notice by email or on this page. Changes don't affect commissions already earned. Either of us can end your participation at any time. Commissions you earned before then are still paid under these terms, unless they were earned by breaking them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, the same as our Terms of Service.
